Payment Policy

At Glamour Hair Salon, we are committed to providing a smooth and secure payment experience for our clients. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • UPI/Online Payments (where available)

Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. All prices are listed in local currency and may be subject to change without notice.

For certain services (e.g., bridal, group bookings), a deposit or advance payment may be required to confirm your appointment.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered. However, if you are not satisfied with your experience, we strongly encourage you to contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern.

Refunds or adjustments may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If a service was not provided as booked
  • If a pre-paid appointment was canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
